Alisa Zotimova explained to Russian newspaper “Nedvizhimost” how the idea of co-living is used in Europe

Co-living is a transitional step from a student dormitory to a long-term rent of a flat. It offers residents relatively high living standards and maximum ergonomics within a small space, time flexibility in renting, practical location and a goof infrastructure of common spaces along with unique events for the residents and activities that create a warm and friendly environment.

Life in a big city, people’s mobility, faster pace of life along with the need for life/work balance form new requirements in search for a place to rent. People today are not willing to waste their time getting to the office and prefer renting a flat not far from it.
