Our Founder and CEO Alisa Zotimova spoke to the BBC about the major class action lawsuit filed against Rightmove today, on behalf of hundreds of estate agents. Alisa comments:
Fees have more than doubled in seven years and agents are forced into a corner, while Rightmove still makes 70% profit margins.

If smaller agents cannot afford these sorts of fees, there will be knock-on effects for the housing market. For buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords there will be higher fees, and less choice of agents if smaller ones can’t compete. It is effectively a monopoly on the market.
