After more than a year of exhausting, unsuccessful searching, a young international professional couple, balancing demanding careers, turned to AZ Real Estate to help them find their family home in North London. Having rented in Swiss Cottage for several years, they were ready to purchase their first home in London and begin putting down roots for the next stage of family life.

Initially, the couple focused their search around Hampstead and Belsize Park, looking for a house with at least 200 square metres, secure parking, and easy access to green space for their dog. While the property sat slightly above their original £2 million budget at approximately £2.3 million, it offered considerably more: additional space, a larger garden, quiet surroundings, and stronger long-term suitability for the family life they hoped to build. The clients successfully purchased their new home, began renovations, and ultimately secured a property that exceeded their original expectations.
