AZ Real Estate® – 14 years in play: survive or … thrive!

Over the past months, we have continued to deliver results for our clients. While today’s market often requires greater patience and careful deal management, our team has remained focused on keeping transactions moving and helping clients achieve their property goals.

One of the standout achievements was the sale of a Grade II listed terraced house on prestigious Wellington Square, famously considered the residence of James Bond in Ian Fleming’s novels. The property had previously been marketed for months by a major brand agency without result. We approached the instruction with fresh energy, a tailored marketing strategy and our boutique service model. For a property of this calibre, that meant targeted PR coverage in relevant media, including Luxury Lifestyle Magazine, The Life of Luxury and Adobe2, alongside direct outreach to our agents’ network. This transaction was a perfect example of how persistence and a proactive approach can deliver results. We professionally negotiated the sale price for our client, finding common ground between the seller’s expectations and the buyer’s position. After the offer had been accepted, a cyber attack disrupted local council services and delayed property searches for months. Despite these challenges, we kept the transaction on track, maintained momentum with all parties involved and ultimately completed a successful sale for our client.

Alongside our sales activity, we continue to support clients relocating to London, helping them secure premium rental properties and homes to purchase across the capital.

The past several months have also been important ones for AZ Alliance®, our platform to support independent property advisors to collaborate and grow under our brand. Following its launch last year, we have now taken the platform into its next phase with the introduction of our Property Sales Foundation Course for aspiring London property professionals.

This year, we were also pleased to welcome Karina Solomko as AZ Real Estate’s new Head of Operations, strengthening our senior leadership team as the business continues to expand across residential services.

Karina brings more than ten years of international experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, with expertise in customer success, operations and premium service delivery. Her career includes leadership roles at LEGO Group, BMW Group and luxury wellness brand The Bath House, where she managed operations and led a team of more than 50 people. As Head of Operations at AZ Real Estate, she oversees client service, internal processes and team development, while supporting the continued growth of AZ Alliance.

We have also expanded our coverage of the sub-£1 million market with the appointment of Tim Porhomovsky.

Tim offers a thoughtful and client-focused approach to real estate, backed by seven years of experience across property development, management and brokerage in London and international markets.
